Local SEO data sources and limits

Website audits fetch a small number of publicly accessible pages after your consent. Findings are temporary Mayexa analysis, not Google measurements. Jobs expire after at most one hour; scheduled cleanup must run to delete expired records.

Google Places information, when configured, appears in a separate live panel with attribution. It is excluded from stored website audits and downloadable reports. The platform does not scrape Google Maps or provide official search rankings.

The Mayexa Health Score uses independently observed website checks and shows evidence and data coverage. Unavailable information does not count as failure. Public reputation shows the returned average rating and count with an evidence-confidence band. Review text is not requested, so no sentiment is produced. A derived Mayexa reputation score stays switched off until provider data-use rights are confirmed.

Using the product requires a free Mayexa account. We store your name, email, plan and daily usage counts (numbers only). Business searches and Google listing details are never saved. Website audit findings are saved only if you choose Save & track progress; you can delete saved reports, or your whole account, at any time.

Saved businesses keep only the Google Place ID, your own label and the website address; business details are fetched fresh from Google each time. Geo-grid scans run one live Google Places search per grid point. The positions shown are positions inside those API samples, not Google Maps rankings, and they are not stored.

API usage records contain operation counts and configured estimated costs, rather than business searches or website findings. Estimates are budget controls, not a Google billing statement.

Google Business Profile impressions, clicks and customer interactions require a future authorized connection. They are unavailable in this free phase.
