Quick answer: AI visibility tracking records whether a brand appears in responses to defined prompts and whether a source is cited. Mayexa supports configured provider APIs, but none of the answer engines is connected on the current live deployment. There are therefore no live mention results to report.

Open AI Visibility Tracker (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to inspect its current options and availability.

Understand the method before choosing an action

Define the prompt set, engine and check time before comparing results. Mentioning a brand, linking to its website and quoting a particular page are different events. A prompt-specific share of voice describes the checked sample, not all questions people ask or all users of an assistant.

A practical example to work through

For an illustrative software business, track a discovery question separately from a direct brand question. The latter already names the organization and should not be presented as unbiased discovery success. Record actual cited URLs and inspect whether their content supports the answer before treating the citation as helpful exposure.

Use the Mayexa workspace

  1. Sign in with an email-verified free Mayexa account and review availability and daily limits.
  2. Choose the relevant task in this product workspace. Enter only the public website, page, business or prompt details it requests.
  3. Read the processing disclosure and submit only if the required integration is available. A disconnected provider cannot return live data.
  4. Review the evidence, source and timestamp alongside the explanation. Treat unavailable checks separately from confirmed failures.
  5. Verify proposed changes before applying them. Save a report only when you want it retained with your account.

Limits, privacy and interpretation

Official API responses can differ from consumer app answers because location, history and app features vary. Do not label an unavailable engine as zero visibility. Tracking requires a verified account and a configured provider; automated checks, budgets and saved-history choices apply only when those features are available. No live results are fabricated.

A free email-verified Mayexa account is required. Public explanations remain accessible without signing in. Daily limits apply; unconfigured providers are shown as unavailable.
